2 weeks of Vicky's 7 Day Slim

I thought I'd share with you all the results of completing 2 weeks of Vicky's 7 day slim.  Now I'm not going to lie, I am an extremely lazy person but because the workouts are only 10 minutes long I can easily coerce myself into completing them daily, especially after the results I saw after week one. I had lost 5lbs as promised on the front of the DVD box, just the type of results I needed to carry on.

Week 2 was a different story. After another 6 days of daily workouts and healthy eating I stepped on the scales full of anticipation.....NOTHING. NADA. ZILCH. I hadn't even lost 0.1 of a lb. I was gutted and was actually a phone call away from ordering a Domino's pizza to myself, until I remembered I'd have to drive to pick it up as they don't deliver to us and I just couldn't be bothered. Told you I was lazy! There's nothing more demotivating than working so hard to see no results. I sulked into my chicken salad that night I tell you! Yesterday was my final day of week 2 and tip-toeing on the scales a miracle had happened overnight. 2lbs had disappeared! That makes a total of 7lb lost in 2 weeks.

I have just completed my first attempt of workout 3 and I have to say it's my favourite so far. Vicky's 7 Day Slim definitely gets a massive two thumbs up from me and I will keep you all updated on my progress!
